Disclaimer: the following MUST be done before the device is collected:
- Client must do a backup of their information
- If the client is unable to remove their passcode, the device must be factory reset
- For all Samsung devices, software will need to be updated and re-installed as part of Samsung’s mandatory repair criteria
- INSRAP is not held liable for loss of data
- For all Apple devices, ‘Find My iPhone’ must be removed
All repairs processed through INSRAP are done by an authorized third party repairer.
There is a 90 day warranty on our repairs and a 30 day warranty on liquid damage repairs.
The cost of an assessment, including the courier fee is R500.
